Pizza Delight Bridgewater

Stopped by on Saturday afternoon to grab some shots and ended up staying for lunch, the natural light coming through the front windows made the margherita pizza almost too pretty to eat. One of the servers noticed me fiddling with my camera and offered to move my table closer to the window without me even asking, which I really appreciated. The brick oven in the back corner makes for a great backdrop shot if you're into that kind of thing, and the crust came out blistered and smoky just the way it should. Parking out front was easy to find even with the weekend crowd, and honestly between the food and the light I ended up with way more photos than I planned on taking.

We stopped by Pizza Delight on a Friday evening a couple weeks ago and ended up splitting the wood fired margherita and a spicy diavola, both gone in about ten minutes flat. The crust had that perfect char without being soggy in the middle, which honestly a lot of places in Bridgewater can't pull off. Our server was genuinely funny and kept checking in without hovering, even though the place was packed with a waitlist out the door. We ended up lingering way longer than planned over tiramisu and house wine, and already texted our friends saying we need to come back.

Long wait times for both last visits. One take out 20 min longer then quoted and last eat in was 55 min to get food. Food was is good
